That the U.S. Marshall release Robert C. Randall on August 27th 1975, from your custody, to an Officer of the Metropolitan Police Department for the purpose of booking, finger printing, photography and processing on a charge alleging a violation of 33 D.C. Code 702(a) & 402 and at the conclusion thereof to return the defendant forthwith to your custody.
